CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and appointment plans might change. Our cancellation policy is designed to respect the time and commitment of our therapists while ensuring flexibility for our valued clients.

  1. 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client and helps our therapists maintain a consistent schedule.

  2. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service cost. This fee helps compensate our therapists for the time they have reserved for your appointment.

  3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not provided prior notice of cancellation, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to 100% of the service cost. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file or will be required to be paid before booking your next appointment.

  4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time. However, please note that your session may be shortened, and you will still be responsible for the full cost of the booked service. To ensure that you receive the full duration of your scheduled service, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time.

  5. Illness or Emergency: We understand that illnesses and emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel your appointment due to illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to waive the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.

  6. Gift Certificates and Prepaid Services: If you are using a gift certificate or have prepaid for your service, the late cancellation or no-show fees will be deducted from the remaining balance of your gift certificate or prepaid service credit.
