SWEDISH MASSAGE - RELAXATION MASSAGE
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Pillows, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. This can be very soothing work to enhance relaxation. Deeper work can be performed on the back and shoulder areas only.

FULLY BODY CUPPING MASSAGE
Cupping is an alternative therapy. It may release stagnation in the muscle by expanding capillaries. In this full-body experience, cups are used during the massage, with a gliding technique as an extension of the therapist's hands. Cups are placed in stationary positions. Due to the suction produced with the cups, some bruising may occur.

This is a nice addition to a traditional massage therapy service as it may induce a relaxation response which can help lower stress.
