SWEDISH MASSAGE - RELAXATION MASSAGE
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE - SPORTS MASSAGE

INTEGRATED MASSAGE - INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE
Integrated massage or integrative massage is a combination of various massage techniques used to aid in pain relief due to injury or surgical rehab and potential structural/postural issues. It can also help reduce scar tissue. This technique can be helpful for those who may not enjoy a full body deep tissue massage but want the results that go with it.

PRENATAL MASSAGE
Prenatal massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Pillows, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen. This can be very soothing work to enhance relaxation. Deeper work can be performed on the back and shoulder areas only.

PEDIATRIC MASSAGE
Sessions will last 30 minutes, and include introduction to safe touch and some play with sensory objects as needed, and education of the parent(s) on how to apply massage to their child between sessions if necessary. The Massage techniques will be performed with the child either sitting or laying on a mat. A parent or legal guardian by law MUST be present in the same room for entire session.

FULLY BODY CUPPING MASSAGE
Cupping is an alternative therapy. It may release stagnation in the muscle by expanding capillaries. In this full-body experience, cups are used during the massage, with a gliding technique as an extension of the therapist's hands. Cups are placed in stationary positions. Due to the suction produced with the cups, some bruising may occur.

HOT STONE EXPERIENCE
Enhance your full body massage experience with one of our hot stone options. During a hot stone session, smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist's hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle light massage that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of your immune system and cleans toxins, proteins, cancer cells, viruses, and dead cells about 20 times faster than the body is able to do on it's own. Once a large amount of toxins are eliminated, the body is able to relax more deeply and use it's energy more directly to regenerate the cells.

ONCOLOGY MASSAGE FOR CANCER PATIENTS
Oncology Massage is for cancer patients, or those who have recently recovered from Cancer. It involves a more thorough look at the patient's overall health, plus history of cancer and cancer treatments. This modality may need the approval of the patient's Doctor. Techniques and pressure will be determined by each patient's cancer history. This must be discussed prior to booking an appointment.

Neck, back, and shoulder massage performed in a specially designed chair. This is a good introduction to massage. Massage is done fully clothed.
